How long before I can expect my holds?

If you have ordered climbing holds before, you will know that some companies can take 2-3 weeks to process your order. We pride ourselves on averaging 2-3 business days. We typically ship via UPS ground which can take 4-5 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is based off the weight of your order. In most cases it ends up being within $1-$2 of the actually shipping costs. To give you a ballpark idea, for smaller orders it's $8 and larger orders it's around 7%. We only charge enough to cover our costs and in most cases we loose a couple bucks.
