This means that if you are not pleased with a product before it is used, you can return the product for a complete refund (minus shipping).

Unused holds must be returned within 30 days of purchase and your money will be refunded within 30 days. If a hold breaks at any time during normal use, you can return it for a replacement of equal or greater value.

Even with the highest quality materials and a virtually indestructible product, there are cases where a hold will break, the texture wasn’t what you expected, you don’t like the color, or for any other reason you are not satisfied, so please don't hesitate and contact us so we can do our part to make things right.
